Miche Pista splined track cog
Miche track cogs are made of special heat-treated, nickel-plated steel and use a unique cog carrier that eliminates the repetitious and potentially harmful threading/unthreading that traditional track cogs require.
To install, place the splined cog onto the carrier, grease the threads and use a chainwhip as you would with any other cog, then install your lockring. Once the carrier is securely installed on your hub, you'll only need a lockring tool to swap cogs.
Miche splined cog carrier sold separately.
These can be used on any threaded track hub, not just Miche.
