This exceptionally awesome wheelset features 32h HED Belgium R rims laced 2X to high flange Phil Wood SLR hubs using Phil Wood double butted spokes and brass nipples.
Hand built at Retrogression in Portland, OR.
ⓘ HED Belgium R rims have a very pronounced V-shape and do not have a dedicated brake surface. You absolutely CANNOT use brakes on these wheels.
