Alter chainring bolts

Aluminum chainring bolts w/  cro-mo steel rear nuts, compatible with most track crank/chainring combinations.

However, these won't work on Sram Omnium. Yay, Omniums!

ⓘ Do not exceed 6.9Nm (70kgf.cm) of torque during installation.
